i found a lump attached to my right testicle it is soft and it gets hard at the end of the lump and it hurts when i touch it and some times i can feel it and I'm not doing anything I'm white 6 feet tall and my weight is 170 and I'm not sure what to do =S could some 1 post anything that could help me

I am a man aged 32 and have been trying for a baby for over a year now. Recently I checked my ejaculation on two occassions and it goes for only a few cms (if any). Could this be the cause. Also does motility depend on speed of ejaculation.
