Hi i'm new to this. i'm 21 yrs old and its been a year that i have this black spot on my left testicle. i didn't do anything about it because i thought it would be gone but its still there. is it cancer? its not a mole but its just a black spot on my left testicle. the black spot is inside of my testicle. im very scared to tell my parents the bad news if it is cancer. =[
