Why would there be purplish color (possibly blood) to the seman in the ejaculation? There is no noticable swelling, pain, or other symptoms.

im not sure why but i have pain in my right testicle its just like an ache and i have no idea why it only hurts sometimes and when i feel my testicle at the top of it always hurts me but on the left i have no pain at all someone help plx
