Hi

I am 17 years old and basically I have been having a sharp pain in my right testicle for about 2 weeks or so now. I have visited my doctor and he told me that it could be groin strain or mild testicular torsion and he did not prescribe me any anti-biotics or anything like that. I also asked could it be an infection and he said there would be more signs if it was an infection such as trouble passing water, swelling etc. I have checked myself out a few times and cannot find any lumps or anything like that. I also don't have trouble passing water and there isn't any blood in my fluids.

But today, I was walking around town on a day out, and I felt a sudden sharp pain (more painful than usual, and it came out of nowhere) in my right testicle, I could still walk etc, it wasn't to the point were I couldn't do anything but it seemed as though everytime I stepped n my right foot it sent a small sharp pain. I took 2 aspirin and it seems to have gone away now, with an occasional twinge sometimes.

Does anyone else have an idea what this could be, do I have anything to worry about here?

Thanks for your help and time.
