hi ive been having a intense itch on my balls (the outer skin) on both sides and what mostly triggers it of when i wank but not always it always happens in the night and dosnt stop itching till about 5.00 in the moring im only 14 and i dont know what happens and in the moring my balls are bright...

Hi... I've had a varicocele in my left testicle for a number of years now. There's some degree of atrophy in the right testicle, I think (in the surrounding veins, not the testicle itself). I don't recall how old I was when the doctor told me that they were vericose veins, but I think I was 10-12....
