hi, i have mild pain over my testies in the tube over it. the pain sometimes come upto lower abdomain and groin. the pain is mild(occassionally comes and goes within 3secs). i also have scrotal itch. i self examined my testies and i found no lumps over it. what is it??

Hundreds of little lumps on my sack

when i strech out my ball sack to look as a check for any thing unusual i find that there are hubdreds of little lumps on the skin same colour as the skin but like loads of flat tiny flakes is that normal
