i'm a 17 yr old male an for the past couple weeks ive been having pain in my testicals. it seemed to have started a couple days after a rough sex episode. it occurs sometimes in my left testical sometimes both, but most of the time it just occurs in my right one. it seems to occur all day every day off and on. not a very intense pain but very annoying. after a self examination i did not notice any lumps or any irregular things. does anyone know what this could possibly be?

I don’t think this is very serious. It is probably something transient and the discomfort will go away soon. It could be that you over did it and irritated pelvic muscles or tendons in the groins and are now experiencing difficulties. The pain may not be coming from the testicles but you may have that kind of sensation.
If you have pain, try to apply some ice packs or take some painkillers if the discomfort is huge. If the problem doesn’t resolve soon, you could pay a visit to a doctor.

I am 50 years of age and my left testical is very painful and the pain goes to the lower part of my stomach to lower part of the left side of my back I am going to the doctor this has been going on for sometime now what could this be, anyone.
