I am 15 years old going on 16. I have had a lump on the top middle of my left testical for quite some time now. It does not hurt and I do not have any lower stomach pains or anything. It has just gotten into my head that it could possibly be testicular cancer. what do you think?

Dull ache

testical peeling

i am 16 and i have been getting off and on testical irriation. it starts out with a few little bumps and then they start to peel. i play a lot of sports involving running so i think it is because of that. its pretty much chaffing but i dont know what to do about it. any help would be appreaciated.
