other day my girlfreind noticed a smallish lump on my skin of my left testicle, its external and just looks like a red spot, i gave it a squeeze but it just hurt, so i left it, still no sign of clearing now and im kinda worried as to what it could be.....

after getting a hard hit between the ribs and my hip in hockey, ive been having a very uncomfortable pain mostly in my roght testicle and lower abdoman, and slightly in my back. There are no brusies and i don't think it is anything muscluar related. can someone help?
