i am 16 yeasr old with a bb sized lump on my left upper teste...i can move the lumpp around...there is not pain,no swelling...not to shore what it is????

I am curious. I have 1 lump on each side of my testicals on the exact same spot. I have notice this since the 4th grade. The lumps are not big and do not hurt. Should I be worried? Thanks
