Hi, im 21 and have a question that i would relly appreciate if you can help, when i was 16 i got these wee white spots on my penis and ball sack, after alot of internet research (im to imbarased to go to a doctor) i found out that sebaceous cysts match exactly what i have (google pictures + discribtion). My other problem is what i need your help with, i have in both my testicals lumps however they are both soft and they dont hurt at all, they are each a couple of centimeters and seem like the connect from each ball. Im scared that i have cancer however i wonder if sebaceous cysts actually cause these type of lumps so to speak as like i said i have no pain at all from them and i have had them since i was 16 years old, if so how can these be cured? please help me and answer my question you dont know how much it would help, thanks mark

well i dont believe they would be a result from sebacious cysts but also it is very rare that cancer occurs in both testicles at the same time. where at are these lumps and are they in the same place on both testicles.... we can go more from here 8)
