THis morning after i woke up and went to school by bus i felt a discomfort in my left testicle. I was doing heavy abdominal exercise the day befoere and had a muscle ache. My testicles now feel slightly uncomfortable, is this serious? Or just an effect due to too much adbominal exercise?
