When I pull my penis towards my stomach there are lumps right above both testicles
They are soft and squishy like the rest of my testicle but... What is it? Could it just be skin or is it something I should get checked out?

I wouldn't worry about it.
It could be anything from the spermatacord (normal) to some fatty tissue that only reveals when you pull up on the penis.
Or it could be the epidimous. (Also normal)
Unless it hurts or prevents you from having normal relations, I wouldn't think twice about it.
You could show it off to your family doctor at your next visit, but I doubt that it'll still be on your mind then. Relax.
