Spots/Marks on scrotum

Hi, I have recently noticed a couple a spots on my scrotum and wanted to see if anyone could tell me what they are. One is a dark brown/black spot on the left hand side of the scrotum and the other is in the center, under my penis and is purple, and irregually shaped. Any help much appreciated!
