Hello. I am a 16 year old male. A painful blood blister like lump suddenly appeared on my scrotum two days ago. It was so sudden that I thought it might even be a mosquito bite. The pain varies and it can be quite noticeable if there is any fast movement. Any ideas? I have not been sexually active as of late. The blister is pink with a yellow tinted center. It has the texture of your average blood blister when squeezed at all and the pain is somewhat similar.

Hi! I believe this is just a zit or even an ingrown hair. You said that there is yellow stuff in it. Sounds like some sort of infection. Ingrown hairs may be painful, also zits. I had some big zits on my butt that hurt like crazy, but I also had ingrown hair especially after I would shave down there.
Did you maybe shave that area?
Try putting some warm compression on the blister and see what happens. The white thing should go out and if there is a hair involved, it may go out as well. If it does, or if the hair is seeable but is still under the skin, try to take it out with pincers, so that it doesn’t cause any more problem.
This is my opinion. However, if the blister changes or starts to cause you even more trouble or you get more of them, then you should ask an expert.
