Painful lump on my right testical

Hi im 13 years old, and abot for the last 3 months somtimes i get a shooting pain in my right testicle and i can feel a hard lump, its smaller than a pee. It hurts when i touch in but i can move it around slightly? would be greatly appricated if you help me out :-) just worried its cancer, please...

Cancer?

Im only 13 years old and there is a lump on the top of one of my testicles... its been there for a while but seem harmless. Its about the size of a pea but does that always mean it is cancer. Could it just be something else?
