my right testicle hurts

ok i have pain in my right testicle. Everytime i touch it or even sometimes when i walk it begins to hurt. It's been like this all day and this is the first time it's ever happend. it almost seems like there something growing off of it and its not really shaped like a lump

Tangled nerves behind one testicals ;

in the back side of one testical i got tangled nerves ,and it pains some time when the testicals are loose and i have to lift them up , it has become lil heavy also. do i have to go for operation

Tiny spots on tip of penis

Hi, I've recently developed tiny spots on the tip of my penis and have absolutely no idea where they came from. They don't itch or hurt but they look nasty, they are very small (about a millimeter or less) and in one cluster. Any ideas? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

Blister on scrotum

A blister the size of the end of a pencil has come up on my scrotum Treating with tea tree oil but it does not succeed in complete removal of blister and leaves an angry red patch when blister comes off. Any advice please.

hi, i am a 18 year old i work out a lot and within the last 2 days i noticed a dull irritation on my left testicle. At first i was thinking maybe a hernia but it doesn't hurt to lift or anything just seems to hurt when i run. Any ideas what it might be?
