i'm 14 years old and have a concern about my uneven testicles.... my left testicle seems to be larger than the right testicle. and im wonderin is this is this a bad sign??? or is this going to effect my sex life?? or is my testicles soon going to even out later in the future??

This is how it should be. Left testicles are designed to have some extra work to do, a bit more than the right ones. This is why they usually hang a bit lower and are bigger than the right ones.

The difference is that the left spermatic vein drains into the left renal vein. The left vein is much longer than the right vein that drains directly into the inferior vena cava. This is why left testicle hangs lower-the spermatic cord is longer. So, there is the difference in vascular anatomical structure on the right and left sides.

This will not have any influence on your sex life because it is natural.

However, if your testicle suddenly became bigger, or you found a lump or noticed any other changes, then you should report this to your parents and see an urologist for evaluation.

I've found this, but what if your left testicle has a dent or goes inwards on one point. Is this natural?
it's almost like my left testicle's split a tiny bit inside but my right testicle hurts.
