Tiny spots on tip of penis

Hi,

I've recently developed tiny spots on the tip of my penis and have absolutely no idea where they came from. They don't itch or hurt but they look nasty, they are very small (about a millimeter or less) and in one cluster.

Any ideas? Any help would be most appreciated.
