Small red lump appears suddenly on underside of penis

Within the last 3 hours a small lump has come up on the underside of my penis, when i squeeze it slightly its like a pin prick pain. Before this lump was there, there was a white pimple like thing there (although it caused me no problems) does anyone know what it is? its really worrying me.
