hi, for about 2 weeks i have been getting swelling and pain in my testicals and pain in my penis. This problem only seems to occur after i have been with my girlfriend. i figured it had to do with having an irection but i do not get the swelling or pain any other times besides after i hang out with her. I thought it might be a way that i lay with her that might be restricting blood flow but im not too sure if that is the problem. All i know is the i get swelling and pain for about half an hour only After im with my girlfriend. Does anyone know wat the problem could be?

Are you saying that it happens only after spending time with your girlfriend without any sexual activities?
It sounds strange to me, but if it is so, then it must be psychological problem, not physical because really there is nothing that one person can do to make your testicles swell and hurt unless hit or squeeze too hard.
Do you have any problems or unanswered questions regarding your relationship with this girl? Has she hurt you in any way?
Do you use any special positions when lying with her because it does sound uncommon to have the symptoms just for a while and not have them and then have them again only when this girl shows up?
