Hi, I'm 16 years old and my penis and testicles are still developing. The other night I found a bump on the base of my right testicle, after futher investigation it felt like a tube. I'm wondering whether this is a part of puberty or whether I should get it checked out.

I know this sounds a little weird but it's true. Whenever I do any sort of exercise, (even walking at work) my testicles are no longer hanging.
