THE SITUATION:
I am an 18 year old male, recently the tip of my penis and around the urinary hole has become red and has started shedding. Ther are patches of discoleration associated with the shedding of thin skin. One could see it as a rash or a sunburn, there are tiny bumps present however they have no vital effects. From time to time a sharp burning yet not painful itch will occur which is easily resolved by scratching, I am sure the itch is present do to the irritated skin* Also I am uncircumsiced and regreting it, I have been told that i have higher chances of catching an infection. I have no discharge or burning when I urinate? I am not single and my girlfriend does not feel the same symptoms as I do?

TAKING ACTION!
So I took a trip to my Doctor and got tested for Viral, and bacterial infections associated with any types of STD'S. The tests came back negative and the Doc. prescribed me to metronizidole however has had little or no effect to my symptoms?> I have also tried Neosporin, hydrocortizone cream and a moisteriser yet still no changes?
