Dull throat pain in the middle of my jaw

I have a dull pain in the right side of my throat. The pain is in between my chin and the corner of my jaw. When you push on it, it feels sort of like muscle soreness after you work out. It doesn't affect eating, drinking, or breathing, but it just has a constant dull pain.

Ive had a sore throat for a least two months now, at first it was on the right side of my throat, then the left, now its back to the left side but I now have a lump which hurts when I sneeze or eat. I also feel very tired, very warm, restless, and I keep eating Whats wrong with me? :-(

My throat gets very dry all of a sudden and feels like it is closing up and I can't catch ny breath. Last for 2 to 3 min. the last time which was yesterday.
