Ok well this may have nothing to do with it but i am 10 weeks pregnant.

About a month ago i started feeling like i have a lump in my throat. Every time that i swallow i feel like puking because of it. Now i touch about the middle of my neck and its really sensitive and kind of hard. And its also beginning to have a little bit of a tightness to it.

I need help.
