for about two weeks i have had a soar throat after a couple of days later both of my eyes started showing pink eye symptoms with no pain or itching i have fever that comes and goes seemingly random with fever comes cough

Hi, my brother is 37 years old and he is suffering from spasmodic dysphonia. He started to feel difficulties in his speech and decided to visit his doctor last week. After several examinations doctor told him that he has spasmodic dysphonia. I would like to know something more about this disorder.
