Im 15 and a female. Ohkay so a few days ago my voice got deeper, I thought my voice was just changing even though i hit puberty like 3 years ago. could it be strep? my right gland under my jaw is a little swollen, both sides of my jaw hurt, I have horrible sinus pressure along with a stuffy runny nose. my throat is sore n my body aches.

soar throat, dizzyness, lower back pain, swollen glands

I have several symptoms but I am not sure if I am just crazy and these are just achs and pains or if something is wrong with me. My kidney area on my lower back hurts, I have a soar throat, a slight head ach but more dizzy than a head ach.
