Growth at back of thoat(right side)

Hi I have a gowth/lump at the back of my throat on the right side. Not sure if it is my tonsils or further back. It's no different in colour to the rest of my throat and does not cause me pain. It is not a uniform shape kind of bulbous at parts and have to push the back of my tongue down to see it....

sore throat after yawning

i was feeding my newborn baby last night. i yawned something in my neck popped and now my throat hurts. it even hurts to swallow and cough. it is now 7 hours later and it still hurts just as bad. what did i do and when will it go away? should i go to the dr.?
