i recently found a small cluster of movable bumps, next to my left submandibular salivary gland, and one in the middle of the under-side of my jaw. they are sometimes painful, not agonizing, but they let you know they're there. and i have swollen lymph nodes, more so on the left side. it sometimes feels as if something is caught in the left side of my throat, but not always. if you have any information on what this could be, i would appreciate it.
