I think I have Epiglottitis, I'm having fever and difficulty drinking liquids

I have had a problem drinking liquids lately i have a fever of 101 and my stomach and head hurt constantly I also feel something in the back of my throat my mom says its just a cold and that i'm just sick but I think it's something more than that.

Dry Cough and fever, my throat makes a crackling sound

So I tried a e-cig (I've never smoked anything before that) on Friday, I hated it. I was fine Saturday and Sunday but Monday I woke up with a fever and a cough. My fever is gone now but the dry cough is still there. Also when I exhale completely my throat makes a crackling sound.
