nausea, lump in throat, fever and stomacheache after surgery

I am one week past parathyroidectomy surgery. but still I am feeling nausea, lump in my throat and fever-99 to 99.5 F and stomachache. one week after the surgery my calcium level is 9.3mg\dl.I am taking tab shelcal 500mg and tab rocaltrol 0.25mcg twice a day.
