Hi,  I'm 33 years old and I've noticed my energy level is always lower than the rest of people for years now, but I have the impression this is worsening with time. I feel constantly tired even though I sleep 8 hours every day and I have a hard time concentrating at work. I'm constantly taking RedBull to maintain my concentration levels but I know it is probably not the healthiest solution. I have been tested last year for hypothyroidism since I am also having a hard time loosing weight, but the results were negative. I really don't know who to go to or what to do. I've read that an infection could be the cause of this. Since I was 18 I've suffered of chronic cystitis, I get it at least 4 times every year and I always treat it with antibiotics. If this is a possible cause for my tiredness, what could I do besides treating the cystitis every time I get it? I've also read depression is another possible cause, but I find it hard to believe that I could possibly be depressed for so many years and all of the time. Any advice would be very appreciated, I would really like to feel normal again.
