How do I improve my health after a thyroidectomy?

I feel tired and blah one year after my thyroidectomy. Does anyone know what I should add to my diet i.e., supplements or certain foods to improve my health? Also, are there any treatments i.e., acupunture, homeopaths that have helped anyone? Thank you.
