Hi, I had a thyroid totally removed about ten years ago and currently I am taking Oroxine 150/200 daily. In the past few weeks I noted that my body tempereature is very low and I barly makes the numbers on my thermometer. Where the normal body temp. should be 36.6 (97.88) mine is 35.2 (95.36)....

skin problems caused by graves disease

I have been told that I have graves disease. Therapy was induced immediately, I am on methimazole now, and I do hope that it will help. What I would like to know is will this drug help with skin problems caused by graved disease? I feel itchy all the time and I have reddish skin.

Thyroid nodules/cancer/ extracapsular extensions on nodules

I recently had 4 cancerous nodules found on my thyroid which was removed. Both lobes were involved and 2 of the nodules had extracapsular extensions. Am I destined to have a recurrence or can I still be okay after one surgery and one RAI treatment? It is papillary cancer and I am 42 years old.
