Drips red pee after urinating

My four yr old told me he had red pee. So next time he went, I checked it out. He had no pain and urinated normally until the end when a few red drops leaked out. Any ideas on what this is?

Rotovirus

My child is one year old. He had terrible diarrhea. I took him to the hospital and they told me that he has Rotavirus. I was worried that he will dehydrate. They gave him some solution in small amount. How long rotavirus lasts? I don’t know what else to do with him.

4yr old sons thumbs are peeling.

My son is 4yr old and his right thumb skin has been peeling away, its very dry ruff skin, underneath its very red and sore he doesn't want us to touch it he says it hurts and now the left thumb is starting to do the same.
