I am 26 years old and had my tonsils removed 7 days ago. The throat pain is ok, bearable now. In fact I'd probably be able to eat if it wasn't for the tongue pain. I see other people are having that problem. How long is that going to last?

Yellow spots on tonsils

I woke up this morning and had a little discomfort when I swallow. It wasn't too painful, however when I flashed a light down my throat ONE of my tonsils had yellow spots and one orange-ish spot on it . What does this mean? Is it serious??
