I had a tonsillectomy 9 days ago now and have had a rough time with it. I've lost 4kg in that amount of time (about half a stone i think?) which is the only positive i guess! :P I was just wondering since i want to keep the weight off when i get better and go back to eating normally sized portions...

i have had tonsil stones before and still do but now i noticed a white spot i cant explain it it looks like a tonsil stone covered with the skin lol i dont no can u tell me what it is
