What's the likely hood of conception

I stopped taking pill in Aug breakthrough bleed 31.08.11, next period 28.10.11 first HPT 15.12.11, miscarriage 05.01.12. I've since been trying to conceive again but with no periods doctors said it can take up to 5 months. I had first positive OPK on 03.03.12 baby making 02.03.12 and 04.03.12....

I have had my IUD (merina) in for now 1 1/2years and always had pretty regular periods with it. I hadnt had my periods for the last 2 1/2months and now i have them. Very confused on what my body is doing. has anyone had the same problems?
