Both of my tubes are removed, but my cycle is about a week late

I am 41 yrs old, back in 2002 I have my right tube removed due to rupture and then in 2004 my left tube was removed. My cycle is about a week late and I wanted to know if anyone in the same case gotten pregnant naturally without IVF?
