PTB Bilateral - fibrohazed densities at the right apex and left perihilar region

We have a staff whose xray result  - re: there are fibrohazed densities at the right apex and left perihilar region. the impression was PTB bilateral. Sir, can you explain this result.  I recommended  our staff to take a leave and have a second opinion. Thank you for giving time in reading this...

Hi sir/doc , my x-ray result is Fibrohazed  infiltrates on upper lungs due to PTB howerver suggest follow-up chest x-ray PA view to role out pulmonary mass on left apex. What is this all about sir ? It is dangerous for me? or not? Hopping to your answer sir/doc thanks.
