lower abdominal fullnes

I have had an IUD for 4 1/2 years now. Has been great, but now having a lot of fullness in lower abdomin. Am sexually active and have not had a period since IUD was put in. That has been the best part of all, but I have the fullness seems like all the time. Has anyone else had these symptoms?
