I am in great shape and my stomach protrudes but yet is firm. I must suck in my stomach all the time, it works to make it look flatter but is not fun. I have been this way since I was a teen. No symptoms of pain. This can't be normal.

I think i have a bladder infection. My lower abdomen is very tender. Is this one of the symptoms also? I feel like i have to pee every 10 minutes and then only a little comes out with great discomfort at the end. I've never had one before. Any advice?
