hihi. Im a 13 yrs old female. I have dance practices 3 times a week and the last time i did stretching (doing bridge), I started to have chest pain. The pain is sometimes at the left or right or middle. Whenever i do the stretching activity the pain would become worst. Recently, I was not able to breathe properly, but could breathe. Do you think that I stretched the muscles around my chest too much or something much worst? Pls give advice.
