For the past 10 years every time i attempt to eat any type of poultry i experience extreme stomach pains. I've found that some friends have similar problems with red meat. I've been considering slowly eating small amounts and gradually preparing my stomach to digest the poultry. I never eat any kind of poultry so I've deduced that poultry is foreign to my body and my stomach is having trouble digesting it. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. ?
