Pains in stomache with cramping and diarrhea

I had my period about a week ago but two days ago i experienced headaches and vomiting. Then i began to have abdominal pain along with constipation and back aches. There is a chance i could be pregnant though. Do You Think I Am

hurts to sit and alway dry reaching
