16 year old having awful stomach pains!!

My 16 year old son is having stomach cramps he says that he feels bloated. His stomach right below his breast bone is kinda hard. He says that his stomach cramps he has sharp shooting pains and he feels like he has to go to the restroom but he can't. Does anyone have any ideas on this ine?
