really bad pain inside...

I have a really terrible pain inside,its not in my belly its just above my pubic bone like between my hip bones,stabbing pains n really sore like a bad belly ache but much lower and it feels bruised if I put pressure on it.I'm also gettin quite bad heartburn that won't go away

3 day stomach ache?

I started experiencing minor stomach spasms, only in the upper abdominal area.. So, i was taking librax tablet, 2 capsules 3 times per day, but the pain getting so bad I can't sleep at night because I can't lie in a position without feeling severe pains. what could be going on in my stomach?
