I feel miserable, any suggestions?

I am constantly tired , even after sleeping, I get a buzzing shock like feeling in my head sometimes and then it wont do it again for a couple of months. My vision seems to worsen and I feel nausea alot, even feel like car sickness if i'm in the passenger seat. I feel miserable, any suggestions?
