Stomach pain just in morning while trying to sleep

Hows it going. I have stomach pains just in the morning while trying to sleep. The pain basically comes when I am lying on my back and from 4am to whenever I wake up. Its been happening for about a year now and the pain is not too severe, just makes trouble to sleep. I thank anyone who can help!!

unexplained stomach bruising

i have unexplained bruises on my stomach , they are about the size of a dime. I haven't done anything to damage my stomach causing a bruise. The bruises themselves are painful but i dont hurt anywhere else. Whats the problem?
