Pain by the navel?

For quite some time, I have been experiencing pain by the navel. It appears suddenly and it hurts exactly just a little bit above my belly button. I tried to point a finger to certain food groups but the pain doesn’t show up after I eat but it shows up randomly. Any ideas what could hurt in here?...

The lower left abdominal pain feels like a burning warm sensation what is it? and no it doesn't burn when i urinate and i have also been getting more disharge as the pain gets worse
